The Gyeongpodae area will hold a cherry blossom festival during the cherry blossom season. Gangneung Central Market is the most representative traditional market in Gangneung City, Gangwon-do. It was established in 1980. The Central Market can be mainly divided into a traditional market and an underground fishery market. The first floor is for retail and wholesale of electronic products, clothing, dried fish, shoes, food ingredients, etc.; the second floor is for restaurants, cafes, etc.; the basement is a fresh fish and fishery market, etc., with all kinds of goods available.
