This is samgyeopsal – thick slices of pork belly. It's one of the most popular cuts in Korean BBQ.
In Korea, we wrap the meat in lettuce with garlic, ssamjang (spicy paste), and a piece of kimchi — we call it ‘ssam’
One of the best parts about KBBQ in Busan is the variety of fresh side dishes — called 'banchan

Born and raised in Korea, my local friends and I will take you to a different hand-picked BBQ spot in Busan every month. These are real local favorites, not tourist traps. You’ll try various pork cuts like belly, jowl, neck, and more.

If it's a night session, we can enjoy Korean alcohol and have a fun time together (Alcohol not included)

Note: This experience is focused on eating together, not a deep dive into food history. But I’ll gladly show you how I enjoy KBBQ!
