Bukchon is a traditional Korean village located in the heart of Seoul, nestled between Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Palace. The area is famous for its well-preserved hanok (traditional Korean houses) that date back to the Joseon Dynasty. Walking through the narrow alleys, visitors can experience the charm of historical architecture, cultural heritage, and the daily life of local residents. Bukchon also offers picturesque views of Seoul’s modern skyline, creating a unique blend of old and new.
The park gained recognition as a background location in the animated film K-pop Demon Hunters. Fans can explore the trails and viewpoints featured in the animation while enjoying the natural beauty and historical landmarks of Namsan.
