It is a village located on the sea across from Sokcho Market, where displaced people who could not return to their hometowns after the Korean War settled and lived. Looking around here, you can indirectly feel the pain of residents who miss various North Korean foods and their entire families. To get to the village of Abai, we cross the sea on a special means of transportation called a sea boat, which is a unique way of pulling and moving wires connected to each dock.
It is the most popular market in the East Coast region, offering a variety of foods and unique attractions for the fishing village market, including fresh snow crab dishes, squid sundae, and potato pancakes. You will be have lunch here.
There are many different mountains in Korea, but Mt. Seorak is a favorite destination for many people due to its colorful scenery and beautiful natural environment. There are two ways to enjoy Mt. Seorak: trekking or riding a cable car to the middle of the mountain to enjoy the scenery.
