As they pursue their dreams—Suk-hui as a doctor, I-gang as a freedom fighter, and Sam-il torn between love and loyalty—the upheavals of history drive them onto diverging, fateful paths. Through lyrical music steeped in Korean color, the show captures the heartbreak of youth whose dreams and ideals shatter under ideological conflict, leaving audiences with a haunting impression of history’s scars.
