Imjingang Jangeo specializes in charcoal-grilled eels, with the highlight being hanbang jangeo sogeum gui (grilled salted eel with medicinal herbs). This dish features thick, large eels expertly grilled over charcoal and accompanied by soy sauce. It's presented with vegetables for wraps and a variety of side dishes including salad, chopped ginger, garlic, crispy deep-fried eel bones, and kimchi.
