Classic K-Drama Filming Locations That Still Draw Fans

Winter Sonata (2002) didn't just launch Hallyu—it created Korea's first drama tourism wave. Nami Island, the half-moon shaped island on the North Han River, is where Jun-sang and Yu-jin walked among the tree-lined paths. Two decades on, the island still maintains the drama's landmarks. The famous Metasequoia lane changes color with each season, and there's a dedicated Winter Sonata statue area where couples pose year-round.
