The 'Moment of Pause' Stay is the center's signature 'daily meditation' program where people can take a break from their busy lives to rest and recharge through meditation. 'Everyday Meditation' is a daily meditation program. 'Themed Meditation' offers meditations under various themes. 'Onsaem Meditation' is an online meditation program. Lastly, 'Lincoln School in the Deep Forest' is a program for youths.
